Our mission is to provide the highest level of service and support, making better living possible for our clients every day The Customer Service Representative helps patients and customers choose and use home medical equipment and supplies, either for rental or purchase. Key duties include:

• Manage the refill line
• Assist customers in-person and by phone
• Provide product information and instruction
• Gather accurate referral details
• Maintain customer records
• Coordinate with billing and clinical staff
• Communicate with physicians for order clarification
• Manage store inventory using the CPR+ system

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• One year of experience in customer relations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experienced using a computer.
• Knowledge of special payer guidelines, i.e., Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care,
• Knowledge of the medical field, with experience in home health care desirable.
• Experience in processing health insurance claims is strongly preferred.
