- Monday through Thursday, 8 am - 5 pm schedule
- 9 cases per day
- Call coverage may include one week and one weekend per month
- Provider performs own closures
- EMR: EPIC
- Mohs fellowship completion required
- Coverage available as full-time or shared between two providers
- Board certification in dermatology required
