Human Resources Manager

Eagle Harbor, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Human Resources Manager with a Secret clearance to join our team in Portsmouth, NH.

Position Responsibilities:

• This individual shall be responsible for tracking and managing staffing levels for all functions.
• The HR Manager shall develop a direct a formal program for onboarding and sustaining new hires, including arranging orientations and site specific expectations.

Position Requirements:

• Possess and maintain an active SECRET security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in HR.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.

This position is in Portsmouth, NH.
