Job Description- Supports the Preconstruction process from client management to estimates.
- Works with the Groups Leaders to pursue, acquire, and maintain new and existing clients.
- Presents deliverables to the owner in a complete and organized manner, per the governing documents that are included from the requirements of the owner/ client.
- Supports the preparation of the preconstruction schedule.
- Ensure we are adhering to contractual requirements and strategically meeting overall goals by understanding preconstruction and construction contracts and applying knowledge to assigned project.

The Successful Applicant- 5+ years of Preconstruction Experience (open to estimating background)
- Construction related degree
- Experience working on $10M - $15M commercial projects
- Strong communication skills
- Self-starter, driven individuals
- Ability to perform against tight deadlines
