This role is ideal for a technically proficient leader who thrives on building strategic partnerships, delivering complex projects, and driving business growth.The role may also include leadership of alternative delivery projects, including CMAR, Design-Build, and Progressive Design-Build. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of project delivery, including engineering and pre-construction, construction, commissioning, and closeout.As a PM, you will:* Lead multidisciplinary teams through the full project lifecycle, with a focus on conveyance systems (gravity sewers, force mains, large-diameter pipelines, pump stations, etc.).* Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget targets while upholding Jacobs' standards for health, safety, quality, and risk management.* Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their challenges and goals, and positioning Jacobs as their consultant of choice.* Drive business development by identifying opportunities, leading proposals, and securing new contracts.* Contribute to the North Florida Market Action Plan, delivering innovative solutions and expanding our client base.Key Responsibilities:* Manage and deliver complex conveyance and infrastructure projects, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.* Lead internal and external project coordination, including scope development, design oversight, permitting, and construction support.* Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and participation in industry events.* Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and achieving gross margin goals.* Collaborate with sales, operations, and legal teams on pursuits, contracts, and strategic account planning.* Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of inclusion, innovation, and continuous improvement.* In Design-Build or Progressive Design-Build opportunities, you will also be directly responsible for these responsibilities for the construction phase of the project while managing both self-perform and subcontracted work.Here's what you'll need* B.S. or M.S. in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.* 10+ years of progressive experience in project management and conveyance design for municipal water/wastewater infrastructure.* Experience in the construction and administration of water, wastewater, or conveyance infrastructure.* Experience in alternative delivery projects including CMAR, Design-Build, and Progressive Design-Build for water, wastewater, or conveyance infrastructure.* Florida PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months).* Proven success in delivering large-scale conveyance projects and managing multidisciplinary teams.* Strong understanding of project delivery tools, metrics, and risk management.* Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.* Demonstrated ability to win work and grow client accounts.LI-DL1Posted Salary Range: Minimum150,000.00Posted Salary Range: Upper175,000.00Our health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about.
