The Director of Pain Management Services provides strategic and operational leadership for all pain management services across the hospital and its affiliated physician practice(s). This position is responsible for ensuring high-quality, cost-effective, and patient-centered care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The Director works closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing, and administrative teams to coordinate care delivery, manage clinical operations, and grow pain management services in alignment with the hospital's mission and strategic goals. Qualifications:Education:
- Bachelor of Science (BS), Business Administration (BA), Nursing (BSN, MSN), or related field required.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years' leadership experience in healthcare operations, preferably in hospital-based or multispecialty practice settings.
- Prior experience managing or supporting a pain management program, rehabilitation, or a procedural specialty service line preferred
Certifications (Preferred):
- Certification in Pain Management, Healthcare Leadership, or Practice Management.
- Licensure as a RN, or other clinical credential is preferred but not required.
