REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years hands-on experience with the design, build, testing, and optimization of Epic Cadence (scheduling) and Prelude (registration) modules, including managing provider templates, visit types, registration workflows, and patient access configurations.
- 3-5 years experience collaborating with clinical and operational stakeholders to implement scalable scheduling and registration solutions, maintain build integrity, and support ongoing system upgrades and optimizations.
- Hands-on experience with the Epic Real Time Eligibility (RTE) functionality
- Experience working with end-users/customers for Epic application support
- Strong communication to be able to work with internal teams and third-party vendors
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Epic Certified
- Experience with Logistics and/or Hyperdrive implementations
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide top tier support to a multitude of healthcare end users that are using the Cadence/Prelude and RTE applications
- Resolving break/fix and optimizations tasks through a ticketing system (Evonte)
- Support Go-Live events/implementations and day to day customer use of Grand Central platform
- Implementation of configuration changes to the Epic system
- Meet with Informatics and other revenue cycle teams to work through change controls and ensure platforms are optimized
