We're looking for a self-starter who can be productive in a remote office and on the road with customers.

An Solution Engineer acts as a consultant to customers and designs technical solutions that are implemented with world-class robots. You will uncover requirements, create proposals, present your ideas, define pilots, help refine our product roadmap, and collaborate closely with our sales, customer success, and engineering teams. You will work in a fast-moving, high-tech environment and gain extensive knowledge about warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing industries – from the shop floor to the top floor.

This is a remote position requiring 50-60% travel, and ideal candidates are located near Atlanta, Boston, Dallas, or Philadelphia.

Responsibilities we'll trust you with:
  • Perform application engineering tasks independently
  • Gather and analyze data related to customers' material handling needs and challenges
  • Design robotic material handling solutions to improve efficiency, capacity, throughput, and utilization
  • Prepare business cases for deploying automation solutions, considering infrastructure, licensing, development, and support
  • Understand customer needs by observing and studying their processes and problems
  • Support sales efforts by presenting solutions to customers
  • Collaborate with customer success, support, product teams, and other experts
  • Stay updated on industry trends and benefits of autonomous mobile robots
Your area of expertise:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in industrial automation, robotics, mechanical, or industrial engineering, or similar
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of industrial automation and understanding of logistics, warehousing, and manufacturing industries, including how autonomous mobile robots contribute to success
  • Data analysis skills
  • Experience with structured sales, planning, budgeting, and pipeline management
  • Ability to influence team members without direct management authority
  • Excellent presentation, professional writing, and negotiation skills
