Call Center Representative - Hybrid OpportunityLocation: Louisville, KY 40299 Pay: $16.00-$17.00/ hour Schedule: 1st Shift Only Training: 8 weeks in-person, then hybrid Start Date: ASAP Role Type: Contract to Hire Equipment Provided We are currently hiring Call Center Representatives for a hybrid opportunity with our client following 8 weeks of in-person training. This is a first shift role with equipment provided, and we are looking to hire immediately. Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer service calls
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and account support
- Accurately document interactions in internal systems
- Provide professional and courteous service with a focus on solutions
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus
- Willingness to learn and grow-training is provided
- Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
