  • Ensure coordination of activities supporting completions certification and turnover/handover throughout construction, commissioning, and handover phases.
  • Liaise with project staff and stakeholders to determine turnover and handover requirements.
  • Review contractor certification structures and schedules to ensure alignment with project milestones.
  • Monitor contractor certification deliverables and manage document flow and data reporting to support timely turnover of systems.
  • Coordinate plant turnover/handover to end users and ensure documentation quality and consistency.
  • Maintain system lists and drawings, administer updates as directed, and manage systems completion database.
  • Coordinate setup of the systems completion database with relevant input.
  • Identify and address gaps in upcoming packages with construction, pre-commissioning, CSU, and subcontractor teams.
  • Support clearance of punch list items and track document submission for package closure.
  • Prepare system testing and turnover documentation, including scoped documents, test records, and procedures.
  • Apply knowledge of commissioning and startup methods to develop precision cleaning and passivation plans.
  • Integrate third-party chemical subcontractor work and provide input to CSU Mechanical Lead to maintain progress tracking tools.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Bachelor s degree (or international equivalent) with 5 8 years of relevant experience, or 9 12 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience managing subcontractor scope and day-to-day activities.
  • Prior experience with precision cleaning and passivation.
  • Knowledge of industry and regulatory standards for testing and flushing.
  • Familiarity with cryogenic systems is an advantage.
Skills:
  • Experience in physically demanding environments such as vertical builds and tight construction sites.
  • Proficiency with precision cleaning/passivation of piping systems (large bore, small bore, tubing).
  • Experience with subcontractor package development and onsite management.
  • Knowledge of Work Authorizations, Permitting, and Lock-Out Tag-Out (LOTO) processes.
  • Familiarity with EVMS is an advantage.
  • Experience with TeamWorks, Completions, and Unifie.
  • Strong technical writing skills.
