Principal Consultant, Design Engineer (Principal Level)

The ERM International Group - Malvern, PA - ERM is seeking a motivated Principal Consultant, Design Engineer with a focus on remediation system design, construction, and operations & maintenance for our Philadelphia, Pennsylvania office, supporting work across North America.

In this role, you will work closely with experienced Project Managers, Engineers, and Scientists on the planning, design, permitting, and implementation of diverse and complex engineering assignments. You will be involved in managing and supporting multi-discipline projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support multi-discipline engineering assignments.

Plan, design, permit, and implement remediation systems.

Negotiate with state and local regulators.

Qualifications:

Advanced knowledge of the local regulatory climate.

Proven negotiation skills with state and local regulators.

Well-developed teambuilding and influencing skills.

Unquestioned integrity and confidence to address client and business needs.

Ability and willingness to travel.
