About Honeydew Drop:

Honeydew Drops mission is to provide high quality childcare and parental support. Serving the Brooklyn community since 1999, we care for children ages 4 months to 5 years in five small programs across three locations in Park Slope and Kensington. Our focus is on the social-emotional health and growth of children, families, and caregivers. We aim to teach children independence, resilience, and community awareness to prepare them for school and life. We offer a supportive work environment that encourages teachers' education, training, and classroom performance.

Position Overview:

We are seeking loving, cheerful, and experienced teachers and assistants for our infant/toddler and preschool classrooms. Applicants should have at least one year of experience in an early childhood setting and a career track in Early Childhood Education.

Job Details:

• Type: Part-time or Full-time
• Salary: $17-$19 per hour
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9-hour shifts (including 1-hour lunch), day shifts

Additional Benefits and Requirements:

• Bonus pay
• Educational requirement: Associate degree preferred
• Experience: 1 year teaching (preferred), 1 year childcare (required)
