Our client values the discipline, troubleshooting ability, and mission-focused mindset that military service instills and they are looking for a strong veteran for their Maintenance Technician position, you'll play a critical role in keeping the equipment, facilities, and production lines operating at peak efficiency, ensuring the team can meet mission objectives, just like in the service.- Equipment troubleshooting and repair: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems- Preventive and predictive maintenance: Apply a proactive mindset to maintain and improve reliability and uptime- Technical operations; Operate tools such as welders, saws, drills, power tools, and forklifts to complete tasks safely and efficiently- Process and safety compliance: Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and maintenance manuals to ensure precision and adherence to safety protocols- Collaboration and continuous improvement: Work with a team to identify areas for operational efficiency and cost-saving solutions- CMMS and inventory management: Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders, parts, and repairsMonday through Friday 8am - 5pm- Base salary, $60K - $70K - Medical, dental, and vision coverage- Company paid life and long-term and short-term disability programs- Flexible spending accounts.- A 401(k) with a strong matching program- 120 hours PTO (pro-rated based on hire date)- 11 paid holidays.This job allows you to apply their hands-on mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
