Associate Director, RBC Capital Markets, LLC, New York, NY:
Management and support of Single Stock Flow Derivatives Trading Platform. Responsible for making decisions on trading strategy and the analytical platform's direction. Research, implement, and maintain trading strategies and pricing models, which are central to risk management and trading of the derivatives portfolio. Perform market data calibration, including fitting Volatility, Dividend, and Borrow Cost data, to support trading decisions. Maintain the stability of flow trading models and platforms, leading issue resolution. Manage projects and prioritize platform enhancements.
Telecommuting permitted 1 day per week.

Full-time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week, $210,000/year.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's degree in Financial Engineering, Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 4 years of experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in:
The base salary is $210,000 per year, excluding bonuses and benefits such as 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, life and disability insurance, and paid time off.
