Location: Rochester to Syracuse, NY (Territory includes Buffalo to Binghamton) Company: CNC Machine Tool Sales and Service We are a well-established CNC service provider seeking an experienced and dedicated CNC Repair Technician to join our team. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position offering a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to work independently within a defined territory. Responsibilities: Perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on CNC machinery Travel to customer sites within the territory (Buffalo to Binghamton, with focus on Rochester–Syracuse area) Ensure timely and professional service to support customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records of service calls and repairs Qualifications: Proven experience in CNC machine repair (mid to senior level) Strong troubleshooting and mechanical/electrical skills Self-motivated with excellent communication skills Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license Willingness to travel and stay overnight when necessary Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $70,000 – $100,000 (commensurate with experience) IRS mileage reimbursement 401K with employer match $100/month phone allowance Holiday and vacation pay 100% employer-paid medical insurance Join our team and be part of a supportive company that values your expertise and offers real work-life balance.
