Responsibilities: As a Senior Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues, and servicing and repairing steering, suspension, brakes, engines, transmissions, differentials, electrical systems, wheelchair lifts, and air conditioning systems. Safety is our top priority, and you'll be expected to assist in inventory control and perform part analysis on damaged components.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Diagnosing and investigating vehicle issues to identify causes of malfunction.
• Performing scheduled preventative maintenance on all vehicles.
• Executing major and minor repairs on defective components.
• Documenting all service activities in MV's Fleet Management System.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications: Talent Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of five (5) years of verifiable training and experience in Fixed Route CNG mechanics, which may include high school mechanics courses and/or a regional occupational program.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug testing.

Starting pay rate: $37.00 - $39.00, based on experience and qualifications.
