Assist with soiled tray removal from patient rooms and designated soiled utility closets. Follows and implements HACCP guidelines. Complies with regulatory agency requirements.Essential Functions:Clean, sanitize, dry patient, retail, and production dishes, utensils, pots and pans according to approved processes (30%)Assist in emptying trash bins throughout the department and remove trash at the end of each shift including breaking down cardboard and properly using carboard bailer. (30%)Maintain a clean and sanitary work station. Completes all cleaning duties per the master cleaning schedule or as assigned. (20%)Monitor supply volumes and informs supervisors when supplies are getting low or equipment is not working properly.
