Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team at our team at ASCENT. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support to our medical staff, ensuring a positive experience for our patients. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare patients for examinations and procedures by taking vital signs and medical histories. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment. - Support healthcare professionals during patient examinations and treatments. - Document patient information accurately in electronic health records. - Educate patients on treatment plans and follow-up care as directed by medical staff. - Collaborate with team members to enhance patient care and clinic operations. Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a healthcare setting as a CNA or PCT - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. - Compassionate and patient-focused attitude. - Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures. - Proficient in using electronic health record systems.
