Summary

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Supply Chain Planner to manage short- and mid-term production scheduling in an electromechanical manufacturing environment. As a key interface between Sales, Order Management, and Production, you will ensure customer delivery dates are met while aligning plans with internal capacities. This role requires strong SAP planning skills and a structured, proactive mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain production schedules based on customer demand and capacity
  • Balance production resources to meet delivery targets
  • Monitor and adjust short-term plans as priorities shift
  • Analyze capacity vs. demand for mid-term planning (up to 6 months)
  • Convert customer orders into executable SAP production plans
  • Coordinate with Production to ensure schedule feasibility
  • Maintain SAP planning data and support process improvements
  • Identify and escalate capacity bottlenecks as needed

Requirements:

SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Associate degree in business or related discipline with comparable experience. B.S. degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in production planning (preferably in assembly or manufacturing)
  • Strong SAP skills (especially in production planning modules)
  • Solid understanding of capacity planning and scheduling logic
  • Strong communication skills and cross-functional coordination experience
  • Hands-on, structured, and execution-driven working style
