This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality patient care, financial performance, and strategic alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee care center operations, budgets, and financial performance (P&L/MLR accountability).
Lead, coach, and develop Market and Operational Leaders.
Ensure exceptional patient experience across locations.
Act as liaison between care centers and clinical/executive leadership.
Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, VBC, HR, and other departments.
Support regional growth, performance improvement, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
Bilingual in Spanish and English.
3+ years in healthcare operations; 2+ years managing multiple clinics.
Proven leadership, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
Familiarity with EMRs and healthcare technology platforms.
Additional Info:
Full-time role with regular local travel.
Hybrid work model with on-site leadership presence required.
Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs and work in variable conditions as needed.
