What You'll Do
- Lead firmware and control systems development for hydrogen injection in combustion engines.
- Create real-time control algorithms in MATLAB/Simulink and generate C code.
- Integrate and configure ECUs, sensors, and actuators.
- Debug communication via CAN J1939, LIN, FlexRay, and Ethernet.
- Calibrate ECU parameters in real-time with tools like ETAS INCA or CANape.
- Collaborate closely with combustion engineers for seamless hardware-software integration.
Requirements
- 5+ years in control systems development.
- 3+ years working with engines, fuel injection systems, or turbine systems.
- Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Control Systems Engineering.
- Experience with MATLAB/Simulink, Embedded Coder, ECUs, microcontrollers, and RTOS.
- Strong debugging, integration, and calibration skills.
Preferred
- Experience with diesel engines.
- Background in maritime or automotive embedded systems.
- Knowledge of hydrogen fuel systems or hybrid technology.
