Primary Responsibilities:

• Report to the Head Baseball Coach, Caleb Abney, and coordinate administrative and operational tasks of the baseball program, including scheduling, academic support, and NCAA compliance regulations.
• Organize and facilitate baseball camps and assist in recruiting efforts as determined by the Recruiting Coordinator and Head Coach.
• Coordinate team travel arrangements, including hotels, itineraries, and food, and plan community engagement activities.
• Innovate and advocate for more effective methods and strategies for program operations.
• Manage game day logistics, including equipment, pre-game duties, and coordination with the Athletic Department.
• Support the Head Coach in other duties that promote the program's progress and success.
