Please do not share outside of the organization.Sr Strategic Product Manager, Filter Integrity Testing InstrumentsYour Role:As a Senior Strategic Product Manager at MilliporeSigma, you will lead the global Filter Integrity Testing Instruments portfolio within the Single Use and Integrated Systems Business-a critical product line that ensures sterility assurance in final fill and sterile filtration operations across biopharmaceutical manufacturing.You will be fully accountable for the P&L performance of the portfolio, driving both top-line growth and bottom-line profitability. This includes owning and executing the global portfolio strategy, delivering innovation roadmaps, optimizing lifecycle management, and shaping commercial execution across different biopharmaceutical modalities.You will collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, commercial, operations, regulatory, and manufacturing teams in a global matrixed organization. Your leadership will be essential in shaping how integrity testing technologies support customers in delivering safe, compliant, and life-saving biopharmaceuticals.Responsibilities:•Own the P&L for the Integrity Testers portfolio, including responsibility for revenue, gross margin, cost optimization, and strategic investment decisions.•Define and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for the global Integrity Testers product line.•Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer feedback to identify white space opportunities and inform strategic positioning.•Lead new product development and innovation planning from concept through commercialization, including business case development and global launch execution.•Build and implement go-to-market strategies, commercial messaging, pricing frameworks, and training plans to drive customer adoption and sales effectiveness.•Actively manage product lifecycle, including product enhancements, portfolio rationalization, and phase-out planning in line with regulatory and quality standards.•Partner with global operations, sourcing, and supply chain to ensure product availability, cost competitiveness, and manufacturing scalability.•Serve as the key business lead and voice of the product line in global forums, executive reviews, and strategic planning processes.Who You AreMinimum Qualifications:•Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline (e.g., biotechnology, bioengineering, biochemistry).•5+ years of experience in product management, strategic marketing, or business leadership in the bioprocessing or life sciences industry.•Proven experience managing a product portfolio with full P&L responsibility.•Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, including strategic marketing, market segmentation and targeting, product positioning, competitive assessment.•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.•Willingness to travel globally (up to 20%).Preferred Qualifications:•Advanced degree (e.g., MS, PhD, MBA) in a scientific or business-related field.•Deep understanding of integrity testing, sterile filtration, or final fill workflows in GMP-regulated environments.•Experience launching technical products into regulated biopharmaceutical manufacturing markets.Role location preferred to be in Bedford, MA areaPay Range for this position: $114,200 - $186,800Our ranges are derived from several sources, and largely reliant on relevant industry market data.
