Special Education Teacher – 3rd to 5th Grade | Full-Time | Pierz MN Location: Pierz, Minnesota Phaxis Education is currently hiring a full-time Special Education Teacher to support 3rd–5th grade students in a school-based setting in Pierz, MN. Special Education Teacher Job Summary: Schedule: Monday through Friday, full-time hours Grade Level: 3rd–5th Grade Caseload Location: Onsite position in Pierz, Minnesota Special Education Teacher Job Responsibilities: Develop and deliver individualized instruction based on IEP (Individualized Education Program) goals Modify curriculum and teaching strategies to accommodate a range of learning styles Implement positive behavior support strategies to maintain a productive classroom environment Work collaboratively with general education teachers, specialists, and families Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and parent-teacher conferences Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with IDEA, Minnesota state regulations, and district guidelines Special Education Teacher Job Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education (required) Active or pending Minnesota teaching license with a Special Education endorsement Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (sponsorship not available) New graduates are welcome and will be supported Why Work With Phaxis Education?
