- Distribute and organize marketing promotional items and brochures to Branches and Business Units.
- Arrange the marketing sponsorship requests received for events from local community.
- Facility management and coordinate with General Services Dept.
- Coordinate new employee orientation.
- Regional corporate budget management - Responsible for allocating & budgeting corporate expenses.
- Control allotted budget for advertisement, sponsorship, corporate promotion & donation.
- Eastern Region facility management- Responsible for overseeing branch/office leases, subleases & maintaining general contracts on all facility related mater.
- Media management- Maintain sound relationship and convey accurate communication with all media groups.
- Project manager- Responsible for managing on-going construction/renovation projects.
- Business unit support- Support profit centers concerns and requests on daily basis.

- Required: Ensuring that all critical data is saved on the default server drives assigned to each user for automated backup
The salary range for this full-time position is $100,000.00 annually - $125,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location.
