$175,000.00/yr - $185,000.00/yr

We are seeking a Director of FP&A looking to join a well-established and dynamic company in Dallas with great leadership and great growth potential. The ideal candidate will have over 9 years of finance experience and good exposure to building financial statements, someone that can help build from the ground up, and experience with consolidations, forecasting and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the annual budget process and develop financial models with a deep understanding of sensitivity analysis and what-if scenarios
• Develop key financial metrics and communicate performance to senior leadership
• Spearhead the monthly financial reporting process
• Prepare board presentations for executive leadership
• Analyze data and identify trends to influence strategic decisions

Qualifications

• Modeling and analytical skills
• Minimum 9 years of finance experience, including 5 years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Experience with consolidations, budgeting, variance analysis, and forecasting
• CPA or MBA preferred
