Vibra Hospital of Boise, located in Boise, ID, is a 40-bed Critical Care Hospital providing acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries. Our patients often require additional critical care services for complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation, and ventilator weaning. As a smaller, specialized hospital, we offer a fast-paced and friendly work environment where you can truly connect with your patients and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing strategies, supervise the marketing and strategy team, and manage client accounts within assigned hospitals.
  • Create business development plans, quarterly and annual strategic plans, and support business growth through customer and market definitions.
  • Build and maintain inpatient and outpatient referrals and admissions, ensuring compliance with state and CMS regulations.
  • Manage marketing tracking systems, the intake process, payor relationships, and community education initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with hospital management and clinical teams to foster positive relationships.
  • Lead, recruit, develop, and retain the marketing and strategy team, providing education, training, and coaching.
  • Ensure team compliance with Vibra Healthcare's documentation policies.
  • Drive business growth by working with clients and partners, identifying new markets, and developing proposals.
  • Utilize strategic thinking and execution to exceed revenue, census, and admissions goals.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum five (5) years of marketing/leadership experience in healthcare.
  • Strong client service and relationship management skills.
  • Supervisory and leadership experience.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree.
  • Ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Skills in statistical analysis, referral trend analysis, and marketing planning.
  • Excellent communication and professional presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
