Your RoleKey ResponsibilitiesMonitor and guide the success of team members daily, weekly tasks and shipments
Maintain and manage customer relations to ensure high service and satisfaction levels
Support continuous learning and development of team members
Conduct market and competitor research to come up with improvement initiatives for operational purposes
Ensure accounts receivables are being collected and accounts payables are being paid in a timely manner
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field
2-3 years in freight forwarding, logistics, and/or supply chain
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
