Bellingham Marine Industries is seeking an experienced Precast Concrete Finisher to join our Casting team. This position is responsible for applying high-quality picture frame and broom finishes to precast concrete products while ensuring durability and visual appeal. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced production environment. Overtime may be required to meet production deadlines.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* Apply picture frame and broom finishes to precast concrete elements according to project specifications.* Utilize tools such as trowels, floats, brushes, and edging tools to achieve the desired finish.* Inspect completed work for accuracy, consistency, and quality control.* Assist in the pouring, leveling, and curing of precast concrete products.* Perform touch-ups and repairs as necessary.* Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper handling of materials.* Maintain a clean and organized work area.* Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals.* Be available for overtime as needed to complete projects on schedule.Compensation:* Competitive salary and benefits package including bonus programs* Opportunities for growth, development and career advancement* A supportive work environment where your expertise, work ethic and leadership is valued* Employer 3% contribution to your 401k account.
