- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation strategy that accelerates adoption of SaaS applications, cloud platforms, and ERP systems.
- Lead end-to-end digital initiatives including process automation, workflow optimization, and integration of enterprise-grade software solutions.
- Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of core platforms common in real estate environments such as CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), property management software, project management tools, and ERP solutions.
- Collaborate closely with IT, operations, sales, marketing, and finance teams to align digital tools with business needs and improve customer experience.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities across sales, leasing, property management, and back-office processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual workloads.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging SaaS and digital technologies to ensure scalable, cost-effective solutions.
- Champion data-driven decision making by integrating analytics platforms and enabling real-time insights across the organization.
- Build and lead a cross-functional team focused on digital innovation, change management, and agile delivery.
A successful Digital Transformation Director should have:
- 15+ years of leadership experience driving digital transformation, with hands-on expertise in SaaS application ecosystems, ERP platforms, and cloud technologies.
- Proven track record implementing process automation tools such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation), workflow engines, or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, system integrations, and data management best practices.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar), property management software, and other real estate-specific digital tools is highly desirable.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement at all levels, from technical teams to executive leadership.
- Experience working in complex, fast-moving industries like real estate development, infrastructure, or urban innovation is a must.
- Ability to speak business and commercial languages, balancing strategic vision with practical execution, delivering measurable business value.
