Overview & Purpose:Provide visionary leadership to management and influence future growth opportunities to achieve long-term performance goals & objectives (5 to 10 years). Responsible for executing the overall business plan and acting as a champion for strategic change across departments and community.
Primary Objective:Strengthens the performance and supports the success of district schools by leading a team that provides strategic guidance and assistance for elementary or secondary education. Ensures the effective delivery of high-quality resources to educators, school leaders, and leadership teams to foster academic success and overall student well-being. Develops and implements strategic priorities for district schools, coordinates resources, and monitors progress to ensure targets are met. Manages coaching and oversight, working across different systems to ensure alignment, collaboration, support, and accountability.
Reports to the Deputy Superintendent. Plans, assigns, and supervises the work performed in the areas of responsibility and ensures compliance with District policy and practices and appropriate federal, state, and local rules and regulations.
**The Senior Executive Director must demonstrate a willingness to sign a confidentiality agreement. This role requires maintaining the highest level of confidentiality regarding all District matters, especially those involving the Superintendent, Chief of Staff, and the Board of Education. Ensuring trust and discretion is paramount to the success and integrity of this position.
