Job qualifications and experience requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering related field required or equivalent experience +10 years of within engineering discipline.• +2 years professional experience of reliability process in manufacturing/production industries.• Proven knowledge in the application of reliability tools.• Experience using statistical and probability methods and tools.• Experiences performing tests and analysis.• Knowledge of statistical, mathematical, and engineering concepts.• Demonstrated working knowledge of electrical system and mechanical systems• Experience in SAP preferred

Competencies and skills:• A natural aptitude for mathematics, statistic, and numerical data.• Analytically and logical critical thinker• Strategic decision making• Credibility and integrity• Ability to communicate clearly and active listening• Ability to calmly respond to new problems or issues• The ability to solve problems creatively on time• Solid organizational skills.Responsibilities:• Ensure the implementation of the strategic development of asset reliability centered maintenance applications.• Identify, initiate, coordinate, and complete maintenance process improvement opportunities.• Participate in the development, design, and installation of predictive maintenance programs and technology applications to identify and eliminate defects.• Able to handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.• Utilize analytical and engineering skills to identify and reduce/eliminate repeated equipment failures.• Monitors and tracks line equipment availability and operating efficiency issues.• Develop maintenance, calibration, and inspection strategies through a risk-based approach or methodology.• Perform FMEA's and RCFA's to ensure long term maintenance equipment problems are appropriately investigated with solutions implemented.• Identify and review critical spares when required, following a documented process, as part of planned maintenance and/or inspection strategy reviews.• Follow-up on corrective actions.• Assist in generating reports.

Physical requirements:• Ability to utilize personal protective equipment (hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toes shoes, goggles, respirator, safety harness, safety line, flotation gear, etc.) safely per OSHA standards• Must have the ability to climb in a safe manner (climbing as a minimum includes stairs and ramps) same as ability to walk long distances and demonstrate good balance on uneven terrain or maneuvering obstacles• Ability to withstand exposure to elevated ambient temperature for extended periods of time• Must be able to work in extreme heat• Exposure to wet and/or humid conditions, vibrations, dust and asphalt• Must be able to work in a high noise environment where the use of hearing protection is required• Ability to frequently use hand or fingers to handle or feel objects/materials• Ability to work in areas with strong magnetic fields• Bend, twist, lift, stand, walk, reach, see, move, and hear as required by specific position• Ability to frequently reach with hands and arms• Must be able to communicate utilizing radios, phones and/or intercom systems• Ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting and/or moving up to 50 lbs. utilizing proper lifting techniques• Ability to safely use power and hand tools• Ability to safely operate powered industrial vehicles and equipment for tasks and diagnostic purposes, including overhead cranes.

Salary range: USD.88,300 -121,400 plus bonus
