Responsibilities:
Plan, direct, and coordinate activities for running multiple facilities (at least 2).Supervise, train, and instruct team members in food service practices.Ensure all team members are trained and capable to perform their responsibilities safely and in compliance.Enforce job-related rules, policies, procedures, and security guidelines.Maintain product service quality standards through evaluations and complaint investigations.Manage food service operations in accordance with internal policies and legal regulations.Maintain sanitary environments following food service and Health Department codes.Ensure accurate reports of financial, production, and activity data.Maintain contract compliance and control costs.Work in detention centers.Must pass a background check and have a valid driver's license.
