About This Job Air and Space Force Solutions, a business unit within GoldenTech, has an opening at our Hill Air Force Base, Utah location for a Systems Administrator. The selected candidate will join our Information Services team and play an essential role in supporting our mission of Strategic Deterrence through continual improvement and innovation. The position will have the following duties and responsibilities: Provide systems administration for Windows servers 2016 and 2019 (both virtual and physical) and workstations (virtual and physical)Design, install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Active DirectoryImplement and test software patches and security fixesPerform installation, configuration, hardening, and testing for new or updated system changesDevelop, execute, and improve documentation for installation, configuration, hardening, and operations and maintenance tasksDocument activities, status, and issues worked onProvide input to and follow Configuration Management processesEnsure adherence to IT infrastructure standards, policies, and proceduresPerform root cause analysis and resolve system and application faults and errorsMaintain working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DHCP, DNS, and PowerShellGeneral understanding of antivirus and vulnerability scanning softwareBasic understanding of Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) toolsEnsure compliance of assigned operating systems and applications with Department of Defense (DoD) directives, including DISA Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) and Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) bulletinsWhat's In It For You Competitive wagesMedical and dental coverage401k planPaid time offRewards & recognitionUS Citizenship Requirement Clearance RequirementThis position requires an active final Secret clearance upon hire, with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.
