#x 9; Manage complex HR transactions and escalations from Tier 1 support Act as the first point of contact for specialized HR services and inquiries Resolve employee questions across the full hire-to-retire lifecycle using HR tools, policies, and systems Leverage Workday to perform transactions with accuracy and efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Legal, IT, Procurement) to drive process improvements Help build and maintain internal knowledge bases, process documentation, and training content Partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence (CO - Es) and HRB - Ps to support HR initiatives What Youll Need: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 35 years of experience in HR, shared services, or a customer-facing support environment Strong hands-on Workday experience required (must be able to process transactions) Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills A collaborative spirit and proactive mindset Experience in HR functional areas l...Operations Specialist, Operations, Human Resource, Specialist, Manufacturing, Staffing
