Leader Automotive Group is a wholly owned subsidiary of AutoCanada, a publicly traded company. Leader Automotive is AutoCanada's first footprint into the U.S. market and we currently have 10 dealerships consisting of 23 different franchises and approximately 600 employees. We have a strong presence in the Chicagoland area with 8 dealerships and 2 more located in central Illinois. We are searching for talented individuals as we begin a new and exciting legacy into the U.S. market.

Currently, we are searching for an experienced service manager/director to join our team. The location is high volume and we will need a skilled and experienced service manager to be successful. Responsibilities
    Forecast and implement regular sales goals and objectives for the department.Set individual sales goals per employee within the department.Hire, train, motivate and monitor the performance of all department personnelAdhere to all company processes.Ensure timely payment of manufacturer warranty claims keeping the warranty schedule current.Read, follow, implement, and maintain the manufacturer's warranty policy and procedures.Ensure the staff meets the manufacturer's training requirements.Focus on customer retention through collaboration with leadership regarding strategic planning and by communicating with the existing database to maintain the stores goals for active customers.Maintain a high level of shop cleanliness, equipment repair, and general shop appearance.Maintaining the highest Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by ensuring excellent process delivery.
Qualifications
    3 years of automotive dealership service management requiredHands-on leader that's willing to be fully engaged in the service lane and willing to provide direct support to the service advisors, technicians and parts departmentCustomer service focusedCDK experience neededPositive attitude / Outgoing personalityGood analytical skills and problem-solving abilityGreat organizational skillsExperience in managing technicians and advisorsDriving sales and customer retention.
