Job Responsibilities

• Work with condo owners to identify property goals, needs, and objectives.
• Answer questions, provide information, book reservations, and handle in-house needs.
• Answer telephones, interact with guests, owners, vendors, contractors, and realtors.
• Conduct site tours, manage picture inventory, and enforce condominium policies set by the Property or General Manager.
• Support reservations team with condominium policies and quality assurance programs.
• Reserve owner and owner guest reservations.
• Greet guests, vendors, and owners entering the office.
• Perform condominium and private residence inspections, unit checks, and office paperwork.
• Assist with guest check-in at the front desk and manage guest registration.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager, Property Manager, or General Manager.

Compensation and Benefits
