We are the employer of choice as the owner and operator of Ball Arena, DICK'S Sporting Goods Park, the Paramount Theatre, Denver Nuggets (NBA), the Colorado Avalanche (NHL), the Colorado Mammoth (NLL), KIMN,KXKL, KKSE (FM/AM), Altitude Sports & Entertainment, Major League Fishing/Fishing League Worldwide (MLFLW), Winnercomm, Outdoor Sportsman Group and Skycam.Nature of Work:The Senior Vice President & General Manager of Radio is responsible for developing the overall business plan for KSE Radio stations and leading the department in its efforts to create quality content, programming, and ensuring the broadcast of KSE Media Radio Ventures stations. The General Manager of Radio is responsible for ensuring the broadcast facility and transmitter sites are maintained, have adequate for broadcasting that is accessible, and facilitating leadership for the Radio Staff including Sales, Programming, Production, Promotion & Marketing, and Engineering.Examples of work performed:

• Create and execute a sales strategy which promotes retention of existing clientele and drives new business
• Business planning and budget forecasting
• Collaborate with Executive Team to meet organization goals.
• Where needed, represent KSE Media Radio's interests with necessary stakeholders to negotiate contracts with business partners
• Oversee the Budget for KSE Media Radio
• Provide guidance for the Sales managers & collaborating to ensure sales team meets goals
• Create systems to ensure consistent sales programs
• Oversee and manage Station Department heads providing guidance and direction
• Oversee programming operations of the station which includes recruiting of On-Air Talent
• Collaborate with the Engineering and Program Directors, researching and implementing modern equipment and workflow process
• Ensure compliance with FCC, state and government policy.
• Foster teamwork and cooperation among department personnel.
• Navigate company and government protocols to ensure safety and productivity in both remote and onsite workflows.
• Collaborating with supporting departments to meet organizational goals

Qualifications:

• Minimum
• BS/BA degree in field or related field or four years of professional experience in field
• 10+ years' experience in Broadcast Media, Radio, or Programming environment
• 7 years Director level experience in Broadcast Media or Radio

• Preferred
• Radio station Management experience preferred
• Sales experience preferred
• Professional Broadcast experience preferred

• Ability to maintain positive attitude and demonstrate professionalism
• Ability to complete work accurately and in a timely manner
• Ability to work independently & in a group setting and demonstrate good judgment skills
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
• Possesses excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the Radio industry (Sales, Programming, Marketing, etc., etc.)
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt to changing environments
• Occasional travel to other markets for business meetings, client entertainment, and other related business development activities
• Ability to communicate and interact with a variety of individuals at different levels of the organization

Compensation:

• Base salary range $275,000-$325,000 per annum
