Otolaryngology physician job in New York : Medical Center is seeking a dedicated ENT Specialist who thrives in a collegial environment built on collaboration, mutual respect, trust, and teamwork.- Develop and maintain a strong clinical practice.- Participate in resident and medical student education.- Engage in research opportunities, if desired.- Provide advanced general ENT and/or subspecialty care.- Participate in ENT service coverage and trauma call.- Interest and/or fellowship training in laryngology, otology, or other ENT subspecialties.- Ability to manage a wide range of ENT cases.- Practice Operations Team: Assists with EHR, tech setup, staff recruitment and training, and HR support.- Quality Management Team: Comprised of expert nurses and pharmacists ensuring high-quality care and compliance with HEDIS and PCMH requirements.- Salary Range: $450,000'$470,000- Incentives: RVU productivity bonus, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance.- Paid PTO, holidays, and CME days.- CME allowance.- Insurance: Employer-paid, occurrence-based malpractice insurance.- H VISA OK Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
