You're reliable, friendly, and dedicated to ensuring each resident feels welcomed and cared for during their meals. Your attention to detail and positive attitude help foster a supportive and enjoyable atmosphere.
Responsibilities: - Serving food and beverages with professionalism and warmth
- Ensuring resident satisfaction through timely and attentive service
- Following departmental standards to uphold safety and quality
- Assisting with table setup, bussing, and maintaining cleanliness
- Occasionally delivering meals to resident homes as needed
- Communicating effectively with kitchen and service teams
Requirements - Some high school education preferred
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
