What You'll Do

As an Advertising Strategist at Luminize, you'll be the engine behind high-performing Amazon search campaigns. You'll work with brands across a variety of industries to develop, optimize, and scale advertising strategies that drive real results.

Campaign Management:

Own and optimize Amazon search campaigns across diverse client portfolios.

Execute daily campaign adjustments and implement high-level strategy changes.

Data-Driven Strategy:

Analyze campaign performance using tools like Amazon Ad Console, Seller Central, Vendor Central, Amazon PPC, and other retail media platforms.

Translate insights into actionable improvements that align with broader retail goals.

Continuous Growth:

Join weekly scrums and training sessions to deepen your expertise.

Contribute to team knowledge and help develop new training resources.

Drive Performance:

Stay ahead of eCommerce trends and testing opportunities to boost performance.

Utilize AI tools and smart delegation to optimize workflows and results.

Client Collaboration:

Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams through regular communication and collaboration.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field or equivalent work experience.

1–2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience (agency experience preferred).

Formal experience with Amazon search advertising and associated platforms and tools.

Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

A proactive mindset, sharp attention to detail, and clear communication skills.

A passion for helping sellers grow and succeed in competitive marketplaces.
