Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage paid digital ad campaigns (Google, Meta, Bing, etc.) to drive traffic, leads, and conversions
• Optimize on-site and off-site SEO strategies, manage keyword research, and improve search rankings
• Develop and publish compelling content including blog posts, landing pages, email campaigns, and newsletters
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and creative teams to design engaging marketing assets
• Track and analyze campaign performance; generate insights and reports based on KPIs and ROI goals
• Contribute to brand development, voice consistency, and storytelling across all marketing channels
• Support upcoming product launches with integrated digital strategies
• Actively participate in shaping Silent Beacon's marketing roadmap and growth initiatives
• Design and implement marketing automation campaigns within HubSpot
• Optimize campaigns through A/B testing and performance tracking
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field(or equivalent professional experience)
• 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably within a startup or small business environment
• Proven expertise in Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, Apple Search Ads
• SEO platforms such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz
• Experience with Wordpress
• Email marketing tools like Mailchimp and HubSpot
• Analytics and tracking tools including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
• Strong copywriting and editing skills, with a portfolio of content showcasing voice, clarity, and SEO integration
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for visual content creation
• Deep understanding of digital campaign development, A/B testing, and funnel optimization
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving abilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments

Preferred Knowledge:

Safety, B2B tech, or hardware products

Familiarity with HubSpot, Mailchimp, or other CRMs/email platforms
