Job Summary:
The E&S Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Excess & Surplus Lines (E&S) compliance for PCS. This includes ensuring timely and accurate state filings, maintaining up-to-date licensing for PCS entities and employees, and managing relationships with E&S compliance vendors. The role plays a key part in safeguarding regulatory adherence, improving operational efficiency, and reducing compliance risk across all E&S activities. The E&S Compliance Manager reports directly to PCS's Chief Legal and Compliance Officer (CL&CO).
