What We're Looking For:
- Proven Experience: You must have significant experience specifically with Mercedes-Benz Sprinter diagnostics, maintenance, and repair.
- Certifications: Mercedes-Benz certified, Master preferred but not required.
- Problem-Solver: Ability to accurately diagnose complex issues and provide effective solutions.
- Detail-Oriented: A commitment to quality workmanship and thorough inspections.
- Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a desire to contribute to a positive work environment.
- Valid Driver's License: Required.
- New York Inspectors License: Required.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Performing routine maintenance and video inspections on Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans.
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues using specialized tools and software.
- Completing repairs efficiently and effectively, adhering to manufacturer specifications.
- Communicating with service advisors and parts departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintaining accurate records of all services performed.
