This role requires strong leadership skills to manage teams, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and deliver projects on time and within budget. The Director of Construction will collaborate with various stakeholders including clients, architects, and subcontractors to drive project success.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with regulations and safety standards.
- Review and approve construction plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to construction teams and staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management.
- Proven experience in directing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Water Park, Commercial, Industrial, Remodel, Ground Up, Wastewater, and Concrete projects is a plus.
