We are seeking an AI Engineer with expertise in software engineering, cloud engineering, and data science. You will work directly with clients, owning strategy and implementation. Your role involves building large-scale LLM workflows and deploying solutions within organizations.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy advanced machine learning models to solve real-world problems, transforming research concepts into impactful AI-driven applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand complex business challenges and deliver AI-powered solutions.
- Implement scalable data pipelines, optimize model performance, and ensure production readiness.
- Stay updated on the latest in machine learning and AI; participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.
- Monitor and maintain deployed models to ensure continuous value delivery, influencing how AI benefits society.
Domain Expertise
- 2+ years in roles like Customer Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Platform Engineer.
- 2+ years of experience training or fine-tuning deep learning models.
- Experience building production systems with large language models.
- Proven expertise in deep learning and transformer models.
- Proficiency with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Familiarity with training large language models.
- Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and navigate ambiguity.
- Up to 20% participation in client-facing activities.
- Master's or PhD in related fields preferred.
Travel: Client dependent.
The role offers a salary range of $135,000 – $170,000, with potential bonuses and benefits based on organizational policies.
