Operations Analyst | Boston, MA (Hybrid) | Investment Management

A growing investment management firm is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Operations Analystwith 3–8 years of experience to join its high-performing team. This role offers broad exposure to a complex, multi-asset portfolio spanning both public and private markets—ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their operations career.

What You'll Do:

• Perform daily valuation and pricing checks on marketable securities
• Reconcile cash, positions, and transactions across systems and custodians
• Manage trade settlement, corporate actions, margin flows, and expense allocations
• Work cross-functionally with trading, finance, and investment teams
• Liaise with fund administrators and counterparties to resolve breaks
• Support system enhancements, automation projects, and strategic initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• 3–8 years of operations experience in investment management, fund administration, or similar
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Proficient in Excel; experience with systems like Geneva, Tamale, or Bloomberg a plus
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a process-improvement mindset
