You can work from home and be located anywhere in the USA.About The RoleThe Senior Delivery Manager within the Solution Assurance team is responsible for managing complex projects with multi-million-dollar budgets. Leveraging your extensive experience in project management and your deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, you will drive the successful delivery of transformative software solutions, exceeding client expectations and contributing to the company's growth and success. The role has accountability for managing client engagements and provides project management support and guidance to a dedicated team of experts to ensure projects remain on time and on budget.What you will do

  • Engage with senior-level stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to understand their strategic objectives and translate them into actionable project plans.
  • Conduct project kickoff and act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance and insights to optimize supply chain processes and maximize the value of our software solutions, fostering strong relationships and ensuring open and transparent communication.
  • Lead project teams consisting of cross-functional members. Manage team interests and expectations, fostering collaboration and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify project risks, including technical, operational, and market-related factors, and develop robust risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential impact.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings with clients and internal teams to provide updates, address concerns, and manage expectations.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support to develop their skills and capabilities.
  • Document and maintain project documentation, including project plans, requirements, test cases, and issue logs, to support project governance and compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and resource reallocation to maximize project efficiency and profitability.
What we are looking forPrimary Skills And Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Supply Chain, Business or related post-secondary education.
  • 7+ years demonstrated progressive experience in project management.
  • Experienced at working through the full project life cycle, including identifying and defining project scopes and goals for projects with budgets exceeding $1 million.
  • Ability to comprehend and articulate complex technology solutions in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity, making strategic decisions to drive project success.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Extensive knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics operations, and enterprise software s olutions.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to project execution and client interactions.
