We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manager of Order Management and Fulfillment to oversee and optimize orders and shipments from multiple locations and vendors. Responsibilities include reviewing and correcting inbound orders, ensuring alignment with available inventory, and coordinating fulfillment with warehouses or vendors. The role also involves tracking orders to ensure timely delivery to facilities or client event locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Review & Correction: Review and validate inbound orders for accuracy, completeness, and correctness. Resolve discrepancies such as missing information, incorrect quantities, or customer errors.
• Inventory Alignment: Match orders with available inventory across warehouses or vendors, ensuring stock readiness within timelines. Collaborate with onsite teams to address inventory, content, and timing concerns.
• Warehouse & Vendor Coordination: Determine the best fulfillment source based on inventory, location, and delivery timelines. Coordinate with teams to ensure efficient fulfillment.
• Order Tracking & Delivery Management: Monitor order status from placement to delivery, providing updates and resolving delays.
• Problem Resolution: Identify bottlenecks or issues, implement corrective actions, and serve as a point of contact for escalated issues.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance order management processes, workflows, and systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adopt best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in Order Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields, preferably in multi-location environments.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and fulfillment processes.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in OMS and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
