- manage a team of Wealth Management Associates (WMAs) within the UBS Wealth Advice Center, which focuses on the emerging affluent and core affluent client's segments at UBS. Our office consists of 100+ Wealth Management Associates and 250+ Financial Advisors who serve :300,000 clients with aggregate assets of nearly :$18Bn.
- ensure your team of Wealth Management Associates are addressing service requests from our clients and our Financial Advisors in a timely manner
- prioritize account service and delegate daily case assignments to your team of WMAs
- onboard and develop new WMAs as they join the Wealth Advice Center platform
- manage all service center-like aspects to ensure things run smoothly, including escalated matters and call handling with defined SLAs

For benefits information, please visit ubs.com/usbenefits .Your teamYou'll be working as part of the Wealth Advice Center's Service team managing a portion of our Wealth Management Associates population, from newly hired to experienced, at the Wealth Advice Center. You will play a critical role in leading a team of Wealth Management Associates tasked with providing excellent service to both our clients and our Financial Advisors while working to proactively coach and develop your team's overall skillset.Your expertiseYou have:
- obtained a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- experience managing others or have worked in a similar position
- SIE, Series 7, 66, 9/10 licenses required
- experience in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
